For my fellow Rooters:
Hello Rooters,
Here is one hell of a pre-endodontic build I had to do! The patient was referred for NSRCT of the four upper incisors. Diagnosis is CAP on all four. I had a clinical photo, but I could not see what was comming! On the first visit I thought that will do the 21 from beginning to the end, but I was so wrong. It took me about 35-40 min. just to clean the decay and the tooth ended up without a crown. And I don't want patients to leave the clinic without teeth, on the contrary - we are supposed to work for their smiles! So it took me about 1 hour to do the pre-endo build up. I don't think that it is aesthetic, the color will not match good, the shape is not quite right, but I had time limits because I wasn't prepared for that. Maybe I just didn't looked enough at the preoperative photo!
Comments are more than welcome as always!
Best regards,
Bojidar
